November Teacher Feature
This month, we would like to recognize Mrs. Lucy Ciau Ku. Lucy’s professionalism and work ethic are impressive! It is evident that she puts her best effort in all that she does for our little ones in Kinder. Her caring heart, nurturing demeanor, and willingness to do whatever is needed make huge impacts on the lives of her students, their parents, and her colleagues.
Lucy is always ready to take on task and execute plans effortlessly. Additionally, when most students go home for the day, she can often be found taking care of her classroom or working with students who stay for after school activities. Her planning, teaching style, ability to follow through with school projects and expectations earn her an A+! Thank you for all that you do, Lucy, and congratulations. We appreciate you!
G.E.M Service Recognition
(This section of our newsletter is dedicated to an ISP staff member that “goes the extra mile.”)
This month’s G.E.M (Going the Extra Mile) recognition goes to Ms. Sandy Garcia. Sandy’s dedication to the ISP student body, faculty, and community goes above and beyond! Sandy is always willing to take on any task to ensure that needs of the students and staff are met, and that our events run smoothly. Sandy is a part of the ISP staff that “wears many hats.” Whether she is organizing events, teaching art, or helping our kids through our Language Pullout Program, we can always count on Sandy to lend a hand. She is problem solver, a positive leader, and is always there with a smile, ready to help. Thank you Sandy for all that you do!
